Martin Lake Real Estate @ Keller Williams Realty Consultants
It was long after my start in real estate that included successfully buying and selling property without the help of realtors that I later became a realtor. I embraced the opportunity to begin providing for others what I too often found and still find to be lacking within the consumer real estate industry. Innovation, intellect and integrity and a genuine willingness to listen to and know the residents of the communities in which they serve.
For as long as I can remember, I have listened to friends, co-workers, neighbors, you name it, expressing their negative experience of being bound to work with a realtor through an exclusive agreement of whom had failed to meet their expectations. Their legitimate complaints include having been bound to a contract with a real estate agent who over promised and under delivered, did not adequately communicate, dis not listen, added undue pressures through attempts to get them to buy something they did not want or persuade them to pay more or sell for less.
Unfortunately, each of us have had personal experiences where advertised customer satisfaction amounts to a cheap slogan and a hassle. One personal experience was when having stayed at a nationally recognized corporate hotel that advertised “100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee” or your money back. Upon check-out, there was clearly one unsatisfied customer of whom had to explicitly explain and re-explain their dissatisfaction to the resistance of the manager of whom did not offer to refund the customers money until after minutes of debate and the customer eventually demanding a refund.
I find it completely unacceptable that any person would be bound to a real estate agent who was not fully meeting their expectations. Therefore, at any time and for any reason (prior to MLG procuring a buyer at their list price and or them having entered into a sales agreement to buy or sell) that a client of mine would find themselves unsatisfied or simply just want out, without need for explanation, they are free to end their Client relationship with me, David Cooke and Martin Lake Group.
Martin Lake Group holds itself accountable to 100% Client satisfaction by allowing you the freedom to request and end your client relationship if you would ever choose to do so (prior to MLG procuring a buyer at your list price and or you having entered into a sales agreement with a buyer or seller).
