Having discovered Martin’s Landing a number of years ago by what seemed like a simple happenstance in having purchased a distressed property that was advertised on Craigslist, I discovered an amazing community that was then and still today, undervalued. Prior to becoming a full-time real estate expert, I diligently studied created and compiled valuable data to maximize my net proceeds in the sale of my own modest Martin’s Landing property. The result was the highest $/SF sale in the history of Martin’s Landing. From there I went onto make other sales and purchases that were all said to be improbable or far fetched. For my entire life, I have thrived on being motivated by the improbable and naysayers.
