David Cooke

David's real estate career began in 2005 through the contracting of speculation homes for resale.  Those endeavors were derailed during the "Great Recession" when the demand for new homes became obsolete. 

Despite the setback, David's ongoing passion for development and real estate led to purchasing and renovating existing homes for resale, throughout metro Atlanta.

Throughout these undertaking, David also served his corporate employers of 20 years, as a  Solutions Specialist & Engineering Manager in the construction of new power plants.

Eventually, having more personal interest and fulfillment in real estate, David began a full-time real estate career where he leverages years of experience in buying, selling and negotiating bargain deals, to the benefit of his clients.

A graduate of Eastern Michigan University,
David is the Principal of Martin Lake Group @ Keller Williams Realty Consultants in Roswell, Georgia.
