Martin Lake Real Estate @ Keller Williams Realty Consultants
I have received client reviews citing me as being the hardest working person and realtor some people have said to have ever known. While flattering and most likely just a kind and exaggerated compliment, a strong work ethic is a large part of who I am. Maybe it originates from having been born and raised in a strong; working-class blue-collar neighborhood just outside of Southwest Detroit about 9 miles from the downtown heart of the gritty city. Surrounded by steels mills, salt mines, power plants, chemical facilities, countless auto manufacturing and a massive oil refinery to name a few, it was all about hard work. It’s not hard-working facilities but rather hard-working people who make them run day and night. Like my parents, grandparents and other family, friends, teachers and neighbors who instilled in me the hard work ethic I maintain today. Even Detroit sports with a history of many improbable hard-fought championship within my lifetime, is defined by the hardcore Detroit city “go to work” attitude. We know that championships and success are not solely defined by hard work but coupled with smart work. While working hard without working smart can often amount to a lot of wasted energy, anyone who tell you “Never work hard, only work smart” does not know much of anything about personally gained success in life. Understanding that for myself while having been built with a “whatever it takes to get it done” mindset, I couple the hard and the smart together in leveraging exceptional service in real-estate that has proven to produce consistent and exceptional results to the satisfaction of my clients and customers. The hard work coupled by my competitive nature drives me to both mentally and physically outwork and out perform my competition while staying focused on Martin Lake Group’s company philosophy of “innovation, intellect and integrity “of which the direct beneficiaries are the residents of Martin’s Landing (especially those who will choose and have chosen to hire me).
